Mia Love Co Shipping Policy
We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing & Lead Times
- Retail / Ready-to-Ship items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Custom / Made-to-Order items: These require production time. You will see the current lead time clearly displayed on the product page before checkout.
- Important: Your choice of shipping method (Ground, Priority, Express, etc.) does not affect production or lead time on custom orders. We complete production first, then ship once your item is ready.
All orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS and FedEx within the United States. At checkout you will see the available options and rates based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
We carefully package every item to help ensure it arrives safely. However, once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier.
On-Site Pickup
We offer free on-site pickup at many events and pop-ups we attend. If you select local pickup at checkout (when available), we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time after your order is ready. Pickup must be claimed within 14 days of notification.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Once your order departs our facility, Mia Love Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS or FedEx) directly using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
- We are happy to assist and provide any information needed, but the carrier handles claims and investigations for packages once they leave us.
International Orders
We are happy to ship internationally. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by your country. International shipping times vary and are not guaranteed.
Tracking & Communication
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please keep an eye on your email (including spam folder) and track your package.
